Silverswan homes has been developing and refurbishing houses for over 30 years. We have built up an enviable reputation for quality prestige homes with a unique style. We develop throughout Essex but more recently we have built a number of houses in Stock Village and Billericay in Essex.

We were proud to be finalist in the LABC East Anglia building excellence awards for our development at 20 Mill Road, Stock. We believe our success lies in our sourcing of only the very best locations for our sites and our excellent team of Architects, Designers, Engineers and tradesmen, many who have been a part of the Silverswan team for many years.

	Bill Wright Bill established Silverswan homes in 1991. He is responsible for sourcing suitable sites, planning, sales and our bespoke design and build services. He enjoys the design process and the interaction with clients many of whom become friends and still has the same passion for house building as he did when he started the company 20 years ago. Our tradesmen All our tradesman are of the highest standard and many work exclusively for Silverswan homes, they know the high standard of craftsmanship that we insist on and the importance of being polite and courteous at all times.
