Having been recommended to Bill Wright, we met in Summer 2017 and started what was an easy going, sensible and structured plan to encompass a new build 4 bed detached house on our existing plot.  The complete process leading up to receiving planning permission was stress free and the engagement was very good all along the way.  The build phase went well culminating in a lovely property of high quality internally/externally. With only a minor delay we moved in to our new home in August 2019 and have been extremely happy in with all aspects of the build as well as the after service.

We bought off plans from Silverswan Homes to build us a new home in Stock.  Over the course of the building work, we found the service to be first class with both Bill and Tom always on hand to answer any questions etc and were both very approachable and 'up front'.  The builders on site were polite and seemed passionate about their craft and it really showed in the finished product. Our home is our ‘dream home’ and we couldn’t be happier. We can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you.

We have recently had the pleasure of moving into our wonderful new home, which has been constructed by Bill Wright and his amazing team at Silverswan Homes.

Having recently moved into a new property by Silverswan Homes we have experienced a high level of planning to suit our needs with architectural, building and equipment levels.

We were able to make personal choices on equipment in bathrooms , kitchen and external finishes, the property is well build and designed to our needs and fitted to a high standard completed with a pleasantly landscaped garden and frontage.

We purchased our new Silverswan home in Stock in 2016. The house has been built/constructed to an extremely high standard and a highly respected independent Surveyor informed us "I can safely say this is one of the best presented new houses I have seen during my 45 + years in practice and I have virtually nothing to report negatively."

The design of the house, the flow of the rooms and space, the choice of the materials and colours are all very well thought through plus the finishing and attention to detail is second to none. It felt like “home” from the first moment we crossed the threshold. The whole experience was enhanced by Bill Wright and his friendly team of skilled local craftsmen who work to an exceptionally high standard, who are polite, neat and tidy and where “nothing is a problem”. The careful choice of local suppliers who were recommended also enhanced the quality of the overall experience.

We resumed contact with Bill when we reopened discussion with him in January 2014 about a property exchange. Negotiations commenced and were quickly concluded in an atmosphere of honesty and trust. The new house build that we were interested in, had only reached the ‘first fix’ stage. This allowed us to work closely with Bill and his sources of supply to refine the interior to our own tastes. Bill and his trades people were all very helpful, accommodating and reliable. As a team they delivered the highest levels of installation and finish quality. Short term changes involving the design and manufacture of a fireplace, wardrobes, and redecoration were all carried out with a ‘helpful can do’ attitude and collectively we achieved excellent results.  Despite the changes the house was still completed within the originally agreed time frame.

Our new home and its location in The Paddock are everything we were hoping for. For my wife and I the whole experience can be described as both rewarding and satisfying, and most importantly it has been an outstanding success.
